Privacy Policy

User account

• Full name, email address and phone number, requested when creating an account.
• Password, stored in hashed (unreadable) form.
• A verification code sent by email and, if you forget your password, a temporary reset link.
• The number of login, sign-up and reset attempts is limited by IP address.

Agency page (optional)

An agency can provide a logo, a cover image, a description, a city, a WhatsApp number, a website, Facebook and Instagram pages and opening hours. This information is shown on its agency page.

Listings

The content of a listing is public. The advertiser's name may appear on their listings and in the address of their profile page. The phone number may be shown to visitors unless the advertiser chooses to hide it; contact by WhatsApp remains possible when a number is provided.

• Title, description, property type, transaction type, price, city, neighbourhood, address, features and position on the map.
• Up to 10 photos per listing.
• Phone number and WhatsApp number provided for the listing.

Favorites and reports

A logged-in user can save listings as favorites. They can also report a listing: the reason, the description entered, the IP address and the browser used (user-agent) are then recorded with the report.

Technical data

• A counter of the number of views of each listing, without any personal identifier.
• The history of searches typed in the search bar (text, language, date), not linked to an account.
• Technical server logs, as on any web server.

Cookies and sessions

As it currently works, the site uses neither an audience analytics tool nor advertising cookies.

• A session cookie, which identifies the current session: it is deleted when the browser is closed, and an inactive session is closed after 30 minutes.
• A language cookie, kept for 30 days when you choose a language.

Third-party services

To work, the site loads or uses third-party services, which may receive technical information such as the IP address:

• Google Fonts.
• Libraries and icons loaded from content delivery networks (jsDelivr, unpkg).
• OpenStreetMap and ArcGIS map tiles.
• A background image hosted by Unsplash.
• Address search and geocoding (Nominatim and, depending on the configuration, other geocoding services).
• WhatsApp, when you click a WhatsApp contact link.

Emails

Verification and password-reset emails are sent through an SMTP service (Gmail).

Hosting

The site is hosted on a virtual private server (VPS) at Hostinger.

Retention

No public retention period is currently defined.

Deletion and requests

Deleting an account is currently not offered as a self-service feature. A user can delete their own listings from their account area.
